Lake Placid Groves Development of Regional Impact (DRI)

On September 7, 2010, the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners approved the Lake Placid Groves Development of Regional Impact Application for Development Approval. The approval is provided in Highlands County Ordinance 09-10-29.

Also on September 7, 2010, the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners approved the Lake Placid Groves Comprehensive Plan Amendment as Highlands County Ordinance 09-10-28.
