In the Transmittal Hearing Draft Elements, a Staff Report and an Overview Paper are provided before each Element of the drafted Comprehensive Plan Update. The staff report and overview paper lists the changes to each element. The amendments to the elements are shown in underlined and strikeout text. Text that is underlined is text to be added and text that is shown as strikeout is to be removed. Format It is important to note that the Comments provided under each amended Goal/Objective/Policy serve as a guide to the reader to indicate why a policy has changed. These comments will also be provided to Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for their review.
