Position Open: Program Manager

The CFRPC seeks a Program Manager to focus on program and project management. Work includes but is not limited to the management and implementation of state and federal grants, coordination of technical studies and reports, and outreach to communities and local governments. Attendance and presentations at night hearings and meetings is required from time to time.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years of grant/project management experience. Experience in transportation, economics, or emergency management desirable. A Bachelor’s Degree in planning, business/public administration, community development, or other related fields from an accredited college or university. Related Master’s Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience can be substituted. The ability to speak and read Spanish is desirable
