Polk County School Summit Oct 29 at 8am

The 2016 Polk County School Summit will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Lake Myrtle Sports Park Meeting Room. Refreshments will be served from 7:30-8:00 a.m., and at a break during the ascent. The Summit will be broadcast by PGTV.

From Lakeland

From Lakeland go to US 92. Follow US 92 east to Berkley Road. Turn left (north) onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 3 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

From Winter Haven

(Cypress Gardens Blvd. area) Take Cypress Gardens Blvd. west to US 17. Turn right (north) onto US 17. Follow signs for US 17 to Havendale Blvd. Turn left onto Havendale Blvd. Follow to US 92. Turn left (west) onto US 92. Follow US 92 to Berkley Road. Turn right (north) onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 3 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

From Bartow

Take US 98 north to the Polk Parkway. Follow Polk Parkway to exit 18, Old Dixie Highway. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Dixie Highway. Follow Old Dixie to the stop light at Berkley Road. Turn left onto Berkley Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park on the left.

  • The intersection of U.S. 92 and Berkley Road has a Mid Florida, Race Trac, a Chili’s, and a Shell/Circle K station on the corners.
