Here are a few things you need to know before joining your first GoToMeeting online meeting: You can join the meeting from your Mac or Windows desktop or just about any smartphone or tablet. This guide shows you how to join and participate.
From any internet connected computer: Join by downloading the desktop app
1) Download and install the full-feature desktop software on your Windows and Mac computer: https://global.gotomeeting.com/install/712859581
2) Open the desktop app at the time of meeting and enter the meeting ID: 712-859-581 or simply click on the meeting invitation link when it’s time for the meeting to start.
3) You may dial-in using the telephone number and access code shown below. Then, enter the audio PIN. When you are speaking, meeting attendees will see your name if you connected with mic and speakers or if you dialed in and entered your audio PIN.

PIN: Will appear when you log-on to the online meeting
Or, you can also use your computer’s mic and speakers.
4) The easiest way to share your webcam is to click the button on the grab tab. Or you can click the Share My Webcam button on the Control Panel. Pause and resume your webcam by using the icons in the top-right corner of your webcam feed.
5) If you are muted or don’t want to interrupt the speaker, you can use the chat feature to communicate with the group, the host and/or other individual attendees

If you want to use your phone or tablet to join:
1) Download the GoToMeeting app. It’s free on the App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store.
2) Once you have the app, join the meeting by tapping the meeting link https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/712859581 on your device.
