Working together, we can create a more resilient Region.
Join the Central Florida Regional Planning Council, Heartland 2060 partners, and Heartland Regional Resiliency Coalition members to discuss the Heartland Regional Resiliency Action Plan. This forum will focus on developing actionable strategies which aim to increase the ability of the Heartland Region to withstand and recover from events and stresses such as natural disasters, economic downturns, infrastructure failures, and threats to the security of the region. The Heartland Resiliency efforts include creating guidelines for the development of resilient communities, identifying “Best Practices,” and leveraging regional resilience efforts to enhance funding and increase competitiveness for securing grants, with the aim to:Protect critical infrastructure
